Nothing on this platform — including simulations, portfolio data, stock prices, lesson content, or any communications from Kerevo Inc. — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or any recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, asset, or financial product.

All trading within Kerevo uses virtual money only. No real transactions are executed. Simulated returns do not reflect real investment outcomes. Past simulated performance does not indicate future results.

You should consult a qualified financial advisor, accountant, or legal professional before making any real financial decisions.

By accessing or using Kerevo, you agree that Kerevo Inc., its founders, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be held liable for:

• Any financial decisions made based on knowledge, concepts, or skills acquired through this platform • Any investment losses, missed opportunities, or financial outcomes of any kind • Any technical errors, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform

You expressly waive any right to bring legal charges, claims, lawsuits, or actions of any kind against Kerevo Inc. relating to financial outcomes, educational content, or platform usage. Use of this platform does not create a fiduciary relationship, advisor-client relationship, or any other professional relationship between you and Kerevo Inc.

The paper trading feature within Kerevo displays real-time market data sourced from Finnhub Financial Data. This data is used solely for educational purposes to provide realistic simulation experiences.

We take privacy seriously, especially for minors.

Data We Collect: Name, email address, role (student/parent/teacher), simulation progress, and platform usage statistics.

How We Use It: To provide the educational simulation experience, enable parent oversight features, and improve the platform.

What We Never Do: • Sell or share your data with third parties for advertising • Store real financial information (no bank accounts, no real trading data) • Contact students directly without parent consent • Retain data after account deletion (deletion requests processed within 30 days)

Children's Privacy: Student accounts are designed with privacy in mind. Parents have full visibility and control over their child's account data. We comply with PIPEDA (Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act).

Data Security: All data is stored on Supabase (SOC 2 compliant infrastructure) with row-level security policies enforcing strict data isolation.

By creating an account or using Kerevo, you agree to the following:

Eligibility: You must be 13 years of age or older to create an account. Users under 18 require parental consent. Parents creating accounts for their children accept these terms on behalf of their child.

Acceptable Use: You agree not to attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit the platform; share account credentials with others; use the platform for any commercial purpose without written consent; upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content.

Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or are found to be fraudulent.

Changes to Terms: We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

All content on Kerevo — including lesson materials, simulation mechanics, career data, challenge scenarios, UI design, and branding — is the intellectual property of Kerevo Inc. and is protected by Canadian copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission.

User-generated content (your simulation choices, portfolio decisions, written responses) remains your own. By using the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the educational experience.
